Develop long-term customer relationships with self-discovered accounts such as contractors, consulting engineers or owners to become the preferred supplier of controls for building automation and security. Utilize sales tools to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunity in accounts.  Achieve quarterly quotas and annual sales plans. 

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline required. A minimum of two years of progressive field sales experience. Relationships with engineering firms involved in retrofits of commercial building mechanical systems.

Fist class Design-Build-Service company seeking a COO to report directly to owner.  Nassau county based.  Manhattan clientele.

Candidate must meet the following requirements:

1. A minimum of 10 years field experience as a tech/field supervisor with a thorough knowledge of urban commercial and very high end urban residential HVAC service and installation. Basic knowledge of BMS.
2. A minimum of three years in an administrative position.  Strong organizational skills; computer literate.  Ability to: work with budgets; supervise pricing and writing of proposals; review job costing; do plan and spec take-offs.  Meet weekly with owner and controller.
3. People oriented personality extending to our clients, field technicians and office staff.  Sincere and optimistic, able to put out fires or turn them into marshmallow toastings.

Provide leadership to the engineering team; designing and planning new Building Automation System installations.

Qualifications: 

Strong engineering team management skills, with 5+ years managing the design and installation of Building Automation Systems, Mechanical Engineering degree
