I.              Purpose of Position

                Technical Support Technician (TST) is a position within the STULZ PRODUCT SUPPORT team located in the corporate office in Frederick, MD.  A TST provides prompt, accurate, technical information on Stulz Precision Cooling and Ultrasonic Humidification products as requested by internal and external customers.  A TST distributes information by several methods: 1) phone and e-mail support  2) training.  TST’s are expected to gain expertise and proficiency in all Stulz cooling products and continually develop advanced product and application knowledge.  This position is based in Frederick, MD and requires minimal travel.
